Refund Policy

The Vintage Sport strives to keep all our customers happy,

 with each purchase of our products.

 

If you are not completely satisfied, we will do our very best to accommodate

 in replacing a product or credit refund within reason to our warranty and return policy.

 

The Vintage Sport offers you a 30-day return policy, from the day

 that the item has been delivered.

 

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

DAMAGES

 

We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately 

if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item.

This way we can also ensure a smooth sailing delivery 

and can attend to it ASAP to resolve any issues.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

 

Should we accept your return, will we send you a shipping label as well as further instructions. 

Items returned to us without requesting a return will be refused.

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and

 will let you know whether or not the refund was approved.

 

If you are approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. 

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card 

company to process and return your funds.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Return the item you have within 30-day period of the purchase. 

Once accepted and returned, we will ensure to turn your frown upside down 

and replace it with the same product value.
