These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the ordering, sale, and delivery of Goods, as well as the use of the Website and any entity associated with it.

These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website (“you”, “your” or “user”), including without limitation each user who registers as contemplated below (“registered user”). By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register Now”/”Sign up” button on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Website allows you to shop online for a wide variety of goods such as accessories and bags. (“Goods”).

WARRANTY
FULL LEATHER PRODUCTS

All products come with a standard 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Defective products can be reported via our website’s ‘Contact Us’ tab.

If a product is defective, we will gladly assess the problem and carry out the following actions:

Resolve the identified flaw.

Replace the faulty product.

Based on a physical inspection of the defective product.

The Vintage Sport reserves the right to choose whether the product should be repaired or exchanged.

A product defect specifically excludes the following types of damage:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear,

Damage caused by any alterations to the product,

Damage caused by carelessness, incorrect use, or abuse of the product,

Damage that could reasonably be expected as a result of inadequate care.

GIFT VOUCHERS

1. These Terms apply to all vouchers purchased from us.

2. No vouchers will be exchanged, refunded, or changed.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part.

3. Vouchers can only be redeemed for the products or services specified on the voucher.

4. Vouchers are valid for the time period specified on them, which cannot be

more than 6 MONTHS unless otherwise specified.

Price increases, on the other hand, may reduce the value of your voucher.

At the time of presenting the voucher, you or the recipient will be required to pay

the difference between the voucher value and the increased price.

5. We will not reissue Vouchers that have been damaged, lost, or stolen.

RETENTION

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is required to fulfill the purposes expressly stated in this policy, unless: * retention of the record is required or authorized by law; or * you have consented to the retention of the record.
